Please read these terms before booking your stay at Lukay Las Brisas. By completing a reservation you agree to the terms that apply to your booking.

01Reservations & Booking Confirmation

  • All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon successful completion of the booking and required payment.
  • Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
  • Lukay Las Brisas reserves the right to contact the guest to verify booking details.

02Rates & Payments

  • Rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP), unless otherwise stated.
  • Rates may vary depending on the room category, booking dates, occupancy, promotions, and applicable booking conditions.
  • Payment terms depend on the selected rate and booking conditions.
  • Any applicable additional charges will be communicated during the booking process.

03Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM.
  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 NOON.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
  • Guests may be required to present valid identification and their booking confirmation upon check-in.

04Cancellation & No-Show

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected rate and booking conditions.
  • Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before completing their reservation.
  • Cancellations made outside the permitted cancellation period may be subject to applicable charges.
  • In case of a no-show, the applicable booking or cancellation policy will apply.

05Room Categories & Occupancy

  • Suite Room: 1 King Size Bed and 1 Single Bed; approximately 36 sqm; full ocean view.
  • Deluxe Room: 1 Queen Size Bed and 1 Single Bed; approximately 30 sqm; garden view.
  • The listed minimum number of guests is 3 guests per room.
  • Maximum occupancy is 4 guests when an extra mattress is used.
  • Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy applicable to their reservation.

06Extra Guests & Extra Mattress

  • Extra mattresses are available, subject to availability and property arrangements.
  • Extra person charge: PHP 1,500 per person, per night.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that the number of occupants declared in the reservation is accurate.

07Child Policy

  • Children 6 years old and below may stay free of charge under the property’s applicable child policy.
  • Guests aged 7 years and above are subject to the applicable fee and are considered adults for charging purposes.
  • Baby cots are not available.

08Room Features & Views

  • Suite Rooms feature a full ocean view.
  • Deluxe Rooms feature a garden view.
  • Both room categories have windows and a private in-room bathroom.

09Smoking Policy

  • Both Suite and Deluxe Rooms have a rear balcony.
  • Smoking is permitted only outside the room or in designated smoking areas.
  • Guests must comply with all property smoking rules and applicable local regulations.

10Special Requests

  • Special requests, including extra mattresses, early check-in, late check-out, or other arrangements, are subject to availability.
  • Lukay Las Brisas will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but requests are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the property.

11Facilities & Services

  • Facilities and services are subject to availability and applicable operating schedules.
  • Certain facilities or services may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance, operational requirements, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the property’s reasonable control.

12Guest Conduct & Property Damage

  • Guests are expected to comply with the property’s house rules throughout their stay.
  • Guests may be held responsible for any damage, loss, or additional cleaning costs caused by themselves or members of their party.
  • Lukay Las Brisas reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of serious misconduct, property damage, or violation of house rules.

13Identification

  • Guests may be required to present valid identification and their booking confirmation upon check-in.

14Location & Property Information

15Force Majeure

  • Lukay Las Brisas shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

16Privacy

  • Guest information will be handled in accordance with the property’s applicable privacy policy and relevant data protection laws.
  • Information provided during the reservation process may be used for booking administration, guest communication, and other purposes necessary to provide the requested services.

17Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Lukay Las Brisas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
  • The applicable terms are those presented to the guest at the time of booking, unless otherwise required by law.
